The Cambridge Eagles participation in the 2006 Rugby League Conference will be their sixteenth consecutive season. Formed in 1990, the club is an original member of the conference.

Once again the home games will be played at Cantabs Rugby Union Club.

At the end of the 2004 season the Eagles were given the Best Administered Club Award thanks to the hard work and dedication of the club secretary Adrian Adams, who amongst the other members of the commitee refused to see the club expire.

The signing on fee for this year has been kept to £10 for each player, this will go someway to covering the insurance that we have to have as a club.

Match fees will be £5 per game, half price for students or unemployed.

For away games or official club business a mileage rate of £0.10p per mile will be paid. Although not covering all of the petrol costs it goes someway to helping out those that drive to away games.
